However, guests should be aware that no alcohol drinks are allowed in the spa pool, only in the nearby spa garden. While there is an outdoor pool available, there is an extra cost associated with using it which some guests found to be a bit high. Others were disappointed to find that the main pool was freezing and that it wasn't possible to use the outdoor pool. Despite these drawbacks, most guests had positive experiences with the pool and spa facilities with some even enjoying a 2-hour slot included with their room. Families with children may find that the swim times for kids are a bit limited, but many still found that their kids enjoyed the swimming pool facilities overall.
