Loft Suite This suite (59m²/635ft² in size) includes a king-size bed, lounge and an impressive en-suite bathroom with double designer bath and walk-in shower. The bathroom has a free-standing feature bath and its own flat-screen TV.

Luxury Room Our Luxury Rooms offer views over the surrounding fells, farmland and gardens (34m²/366ft² in size).

Fell Suites Our Fell Suites (average size 66m²/710ft²), are located in the 14 acres of grounds and, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open plan bedroom and living spaces, king-size beds, and en-suite bathrooms with a bath and walk-in shower. Each Fell Suite is able to interconnect with a Fell Suite with Hot Tub. Guests are escorted to their suites along a gravel lane past the tarn in our golf buggy. A selection of our Fell Suites can accommodate small dogs, however availability must be confirmed with our reservations team at time of booking.

Lake View Hot Tub Suite From this popular room (38m²/409ft² in size) you can step out onto your own enclosed veranda and relax in a heated hot tub while gazing west across Lake Windermere to the Coniston fells. It includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in power shower and underfloor heating.

Junior Suite Our Junior Suites consist of two spacious suites, with an average size of 53m²/570ft² and en-suite bathrooms with a luxurious bath and walk-in shower. The Suites are located in a secluded wooded area of the hotel grounds next to the Fell Suites. Guests are escorted to their suites along a gravel lane past the tarn in our golf buggy.

Fell Suites with Hot Tub With the same astounding views and comforts of our Fell Suites, as the name suggests, these suites also each boast their own private outdoor hot tubs.
