If you're traveling during Covid, you might prefer to avoid the busy indoor areas, such as the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa pool. But if you're traveling with kids, the hotel offers a range of family-friendly activities including the kids' pool and the gym and hot springs were among some of the guests' favorite facilities.
The hotel's rooms are new and modern, but some guests found them small. Some also noted that the pool area and the hot springs can get crowded, while others specifically liked how the pool area and outdoor spa were separate. A few guests also remarked that the pool floor could be slippery.
