Although there were occasional complaints about dirty areas, overall, the resort is clean and beautiful. With exceptional room service and hospitable staff, guests can enjoy a relaxing stay at this resort.

In particular, the Onion Soup and the Chicken Cordon Bleu at L'Etoile are just delicious! However, the Mexican restaurant is a clear miss with tasteless food, poor quality and quantity and horribly slow service. Guests also note that Tides Poolside bar food is not great. Finding a place to dine can be a challenge with many restrictions on scheduling and dress code, along with peculiarities such as some restaurants being closed for private events.
