The location of the hotel is ideal with easy beach access and breathtaking views. The pools with both heated and outdoor options, are well-maintained and perfect for families with children. Apart from the lack of parasols and sometimes crowded area, the pool is fantastic with comfortable seating arrangements. The other amenities in the hotel like music in the adult pool, bonfire and better options for pool restaurant could have been better though. However, the grandkids loved the slides and the cabanas were great for relaxing. The pool services, bartending and pool bars had early closing timings. Additionally, some guests complained about the dirty pool area and uncomfortable seating. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the resort had to operate with minimal staff and some areas like slides and beaches were closed. Overall, the pool area was the main highlight of the hotel with guests enjoying swimming every day and spending afternoons relaxing by the pool. Show more
