The hotel is a perfect spot to enjoy Inverness as guests were treated like royalty by the well-trained staff. From being greeted at the car to breakfast time, every detail was fantastic. The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the food was like a piece of art. The hotel facilities and staff were all exceptional, making guests feel like they were in a 5-star small hotel category. Though some guests experienced issues with the lighting which affected their sleep, overall, the lovely hotel has certainly lived up to its advertised 5-star rating.
