However, some guests felt that the hotel overemphasized the views and assumed that this alone made it a 5-star experience. Some management complacency was noted and a few guests felt that the staff could have made more effort. Despite this, the majority of guests agree that this is the best hotel they have ever stayed in with no negative aspects besides maybe a slightly small bathroom in some rooms. All in all, Guests had an exceptional stay at Liostasi and appreciated the hard work of the service team.
