Kenwood Inn & Spa is an outstanding place to stay for people who are looking for a high-end experience. The rooms here are nothing short of superb with comfortable and luxurious furnishings that guests can sink into the moment they arrive. Whether seated outside on the front porch or relaxing on the back balcony, the thoughtful design of the rooms ensures that guests can enjoy their privacy while immersing themselves in the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and some had lovely fireplaces, while others had great bathtubs that provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation after a long day of winery tours. Although some guests felt that the décor and technology were outdated, the majority of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive about the room experience. The L'Occitane bath products were a welcome touch and the bed was the most comfortable out of all the places they had stayed at in the area. Despite a few negative comments about cleanliness, the majority of guests were more than impressed with the overall beauty and comfort of the rooms at Kenwood Inn & Spa.

The staff here is nothing short of brilliant - they're friendly, welcoming and more than accommodating for every need you might have. Whether you're at the spa or in the restaurant, you're sure to be greeted by amazing staff ready to make your experience unforgettable. The front desk staff is particularly amazing - they respond quickly to any inquiries and are always happy to help.

While there were a couple of odd moments where the staff didn't explain everything upfront, they were always available to answer any follow-up questions we had. And if you're worried about getting in touch with staff, don't be - you can easily reach them by text, demonstrating their commitment to providing quality service.

Speaking of the restaurant, the staff there is lovely and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the service wasn't always up to par, but the kind and friendly staff more than made up for any lapses in service. Overall, Kenwood Inn & Spa's staff is exceptional, making for an unforgettable experience.
