While some guests had a great time with their family in the pool and hot tub, others expressed their dissatisfaction over the overcrowded pool particularly with unsupervised children. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during some guests' stay or was in poor condition with dirty water, bugs crawling and unpleasant odor in the bathrooms. Some guests also expressed concerns about the pool being too hot, needing repairs and lacking cleanliness. One guest noted that longer pool hours without children would be heaven. However, guests enjoyed the nice Happy Hour reception and found the pool a great addition to the hotel's facilities. Overall, visitors had varied experiences with the pool and improvements could be made to keep it cleaner and more updated.
