This was found to be steep and not a good addition to the already high costs. The temperature of the pool was also mentioned as being cold, which was unpleasant for swimmers. Families with children found the hotel dreadful, as they were not allowed to use the swimming pool. In addition to this, there were no drinks available by the pool. On a hot day, the lack of AC installed made it uncomfortable for guests and there were limited time slots for treatments and pool use, requiring pre-booking. Although, some guests did enjoy the empty pool, but felt like the additional cost just to use the pool felt like extortion. With an advertised spa hotel, a heated pool should be a given. Show more
