It is an ideal place to recharge and relax with an emphasis on a calm and peaceful experience. However, some guests have mentioned that noise from the Jandía beach or the animation staff/children from other pools may disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the adults-only area. Although the staff is generally friendly, some guests have complained about unhelpful and impolite reception staff at the adults-only area.
