However, it’s important to note that the basic price only includes the swimming pool so it's recommended to purchase spa access beforehand or part of an all-inclusive package. The spa and pool facilities were a nice touch and left a lasting impression on most guests. The thermal experience, hot tub, foot spa and sauna were some of the notable amenities available. In contrast, some expressed disappointment at the additional charges for access to the spa which can be quite expensive and there were reports that the spa wasn't in operation during certain hours. Some guests felt that the hotel was not a genuine spa hotel and the spa was more akin to a community swimming pool. Yet overall, the spa was perceived to be of excellent quality with relaxing facilities and treatments and the wilderness spa was particularly impressive.
