The hotel offers a fantastic kid-specific area with a pool, providing plenty of freedom for children to run around. The staff are highly welcoming and attentive to families traveling with young children, even providing personalized attention to a 2 ½-year-old child. Bastian and Angela run an excellent Kids Club that was loved by many of the guests' children. Families with more than two children should reserve rooms with connecting doors. While the rooms with a child's bed have an absurdly high supplement, the hotel offers an exzellenter Kids Club. Despite a few noisy kids at times, most guests have attributed that to some of the very young guests not yet able to behave. Some guests raised issues with the staff at the kids' room not following the activities mentioned in the program. Overall, The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort is a beautiful hotel perfect for family vacations as well as for couples.
