However, some guests were disappointed as the pool didn't open until 4 PM and it was fully booked, which meant they couldn't get a session in the pool area. Some guests were also disappointed to find that the water in the pool wasn't warm and the lockers were often broken, making it difficult to find one. The splash pool was also busy during peak times. Guests had to pre-book their sessions in the pool area and some were surprised that the swimming pool and gym only open from 12.30; it seems strange not to open these facilities in the morning. However, the staff in the restaurants and the swimming pool were superb according to some guests. Overall, guests enjoyed the water park more than the swimming pool and had fun in the pool whenever they were able to use it.
