Nevertheless, some guests have mentioned that not all dishes are all-inclusive and it's not very clear what the restrictions are. Some guests were also disappointed with the additional charges for certain services, such as pool loungers, which they felt was an abuse of the hotel's all-inclusive policy. Overall, despite the few restrictions and unclear policies, the all-inclusive package at Hyatt Zilara Cancun is great and offers an enjoyable experience for guests.
