The hotel offers a kids club, but some guests have said that it needs to be updated and is practically useless without proper nursery teachers. Good childcare is really important for families and this hotel is very family-friendly. One guest even had an 8-week-old baby with them and was able to have the baby's lunch cooked and delivered to their room. The hotel is perfect for all ages and even teenage sons were happy at the hotel. The staff is friendly and there are Russian-speaking employees like Victoria who can help with any questions. Of course, the highlight for the children was the amazing beach in Maribella Bay – sand, cleanliness and a convenient entrance. Overall, Elounda Bay Palace is a fantastic option for a family vacation. Don't forget to say hi to the responsible person in charge of the kids club while you're there! Show more
