While some guests found the staff to be lacking in 5-star service, others had a phenomenal experience and highly recommend this hotel. COVID protocols are also at a high level, which is reassuring. While some guests noted that the mattresses were not very comfortable for a 5-star hotel, others praised the beautifully laid out holiday resort as fantastic and elegant. The pool bar and restaurant were also commended as excellent. Unfortunately, a few guests mentioned that the hotel is not up to the 5-star hotel standard and it's not worth the high price, hence should be a 3-star or 4-star property. Additionally, some guests would expect water in their rooms and they would prefer that the hotel staff pay attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Nevertheless, the staff were generally very helpful and friendly throughout their stay.
